Book Description:
For the many ways that grandpas show love and care for their families, this book is a tribute to each unique man for his example of goodness, encouragement, wisdom, and much more. Among reflections about how a grandpa shapes a meaningful legacy, artist Susan Winget’s attractive, rustic images of enduring pine trees, watchful birds, and grazing deer bring to mind the peace and strength of nature—and of these men of honor.
Daughters, sons, grandkids, and grandmothers will enjoy giving this handsome tribute to the man they call “Grandpa.” An ideal gift for a special occasion or the surprise thank you for any occasion to tell a remarkable man that he is admired, adored, and one of a kind.
My thoughts:
My husband, who is the grandfather of nine, read this book in one evening and loved it! He thought it was very inspirational and is a welcomed addition to his personal library. The illustrations are beautiful, too. Wonderful gift quality. (Thank you to Harvest House Publishers for our review copy!)
