The Power of Now

I'm at Linda and Mike's ranch today, enjoying the soft, gentle rain outside the window. It's almost a mist.

Last evening, I sat beside the fireplace, it's orange and blue flames calming and embracing me, as I read "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.

An opening thought struck me immediately and remains with me this morning. I want to share it with you in hopes that it will give you encouragement and bring reflection for your day.

"You are here to enable the divine purpose of the universe to unfold. That is how important you are!"
-Eckhart Tolle

True advice, and something to take to heart. Thank you for sharing it and stopping by my blog.

How nice your "resting spot" sounds. I realized as I read your quotation from Tolle that you broadcast that message far and wide through your blog and many, many of us will read it. Thus, you become a VERY important cog in getting this message out to the universe! Thank you!

Sounds so comforting, the gentle rain outside the window. Almost as comforting as the beautiful quote.

A wonderful quote. Thanks. Enjoy your time at Linda's while they are gone. I know you are someplace close to where I am but don't know just where she lives.
