Valentine Tree Photo

Some of my readers have ask to see a full photo of my Valentine Tree, so here's about the best I can do. The picture doesn't do justice to the tree at all. For some reason I couldn't get a clear image, but I think you'll have a better idea of what the tree looks like, anyway.

Jim and I love it. When I turn it's lights off, Jim wonders why(that's how much he appreciates it), so I switch them back on. It is simply beautiful in real life and a real joy to both of us. Wish you could be here to see it.

I'm already collecting items for the Saint Patrick's Day Tree and the Easter Tree. The expectation and search is so much fun!! I definitely recommend the holiday trees to anyone who wishes to add a bit of celebration to their home year around.

***Don't forget the Valentine's Day Giveaway. Photo and rules are listed below.

It's so very pretty! I never would have thought to do a VDay tree. But it's a great idea.

Janna- It kinda looks like a mess, but in reality it's not. Glad you like it, though.

Now that's creative!

I loved your comments about the ongoing search for seasonal decorations. Where shopping is concerned, I'm often heard to say: "It's not about the kill; it's about the hunt". That way hubby and others will understand the fun & adventure of stealth shopping.

Looking forward to the green motif of St. Paddy's Day (being that I'm a Flanagan, it's a favorite).

Love that tree, I had the same thought as Donna. You could market that Valentine Tree idea, people would line up for one!

Oh, how I wish I could do that! My husband would never go for it but I LOVE the idea!!!! I have managed to put the Christmas Tree up the day after Thanksgiving but New Year's Day is his cut-off date for feeling festive. You have inspired me to at least try it! I do have a little table top tree that sits nicely in the corner on my jewelry armoire....(oh, the creative wheels are going now...AND he's out of town for two days!)

I also LOVE your tree! It is always so hard to take down the Christmas tree. The conversion was a great idea, and something to keep everyone in the cheery holiday mood! I can't wait to see it in person.
