The Heavenly Committee

Here's a little humor that reminds me of some of the committees I've been a part of in the past.

An old legend says that when God created the world, the angels were in awe. As he created the animals, the angels asked to give it a try. God agreed, so the animal-creation committee designed the platypus, a creature with the bill of a duck, the fur of a dog, the tail of a beaver, and the feet of a frog.

Since that day, there have been no committees in Heaven.

I love humor in blogs. It's nice to have a good laugh now and then. That's a good picture of the platypus--it really is a funny animal.

LOL! Love it! My husband knows where that committee went. They're at our
church now on the same committee he's on! LOL!

Cute story! I think we've all encountered that committee now and then as it makes the rounds on earth. Thanks for the smile :)

I also believe God had lots of fun when he created the male peacock! What an interesting bird that is.
