Favorite Movie

We've talked about a lot of things, but I don't think we've ever talked about our favorite movies.

A friend of mine emailed today, telling me about a couple of movies she had seen recently. Her observations reminded me of some I've attended in the last few months--some were very good and one was just terrible.

Her email also made me think of some of my favorites that I would definitely recommend. They are:

1. The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood

2. Appaloosa

3. P.S. I Love You

***What is your favorite movie?

That's my friend's favorite movie, too.

I just saw Made of Honor and I love a good romance--like You've got Mail or Sleepless in Seattle. Love to cry at the end!

One of my favorite movies is an oldie. Marty, with Ernest Borgnine. There are so many endearing scenes, at the Stardust Ballroom, between Marty and his friend Ang, with Marty's mother. Gets me every time.

We went to a well recommended movie not too long ago--first one in a long time--and it was awful! We need a good recommendation or two.

I love most Jane Austen pics, especially Sense and Sensibility. I just recently saw the Jane Austen Book Club movie. It was sweet because all the book club characters were so interesting.

I think my most favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption. But I have to admit that I saw Batman in 3d this summer and wow ... it was a crazy ride that I'd love to take again. After that saw Mama Mia ... loved that as well. Gosh ... I'm all over the board. :)

Take Care!
