Today is going to be a busy day around our house. My cleaning list is ready and waiting.
Tomorrow afternoon, a family member is flying in for a visit. Jim and I are excited to have company and, of course, they will stay in The Serenity Room. This will be the first person to stay there since I redecorated. I hope they like it.
If I'm a bit slow about writing new posts, you will know why.
So gotta get going and start preparing for our guest.
Blessings!

The room looks lovely! I just had a house guest for 2 days in accommodations far less grand!
suZen- Jim and I are retired, so company is always a special treat. I just hope they enjoy the room.
The room looks lovely. You could have a succession of guests with a room like that! Don't overwork yourself!
Blessings, Star
I hope that you thoroughly enjoy the time with your company and from the looks of it, they may never want to leave!
Star- I wish I had even more guests. I love having company.
Anita- Just maybe, if I make it nice enough for them, they will stay longer. I wish.
Wow, I'd love to stay in a room like that. How nice of you to treat your guest to such "serene" accommodations. Enjoy!
Joanne- I really believe that guests should be treated like royality. Very special.
Oh Barbara- how could they not enjoy that room?? It is so wonderful. What a relaxing get away. I am sure you and your guests will have a wonderful time.
Do you have anything exciting planned?
Dani- Whatever we do, usually revolves around food. LOL. But, no, nothing terribly exciting. I'm afraid we're kind of boring. But it is so nice visiting for a few days and catching up on all the news.
I left a comment yesterday but don't see it, but I did. Your room is lovely - our guests get our 25' trailer when they come. Their own kitchen bathroom ect. It works for us. It is not as grand as yours however. They usually get a boquet of flowers. LOL. Have fun.
Lea- I saw that you had mentioned me on your blog. I will count yesterdays comment. thank you!
I'm sure your guest will love that room. Nothing like having a guest to motivate one to do a good clean through.
Diane- I used to really stress when company was coming. I would work myself up into a panic. I've decided to not stress too much, and stay focused on them having a good time. A little housework without the panic.
