Library Book Sales/Cheap Books

Calling all book lovers!

Check out this site where you can find library book sales in your area. Just find your state and hit the search button.

I've found wonderful books at library sales. One year I found an entire set of Harvard Classics in near mint condition for $20.00. The entire trunk of my car was filled with books as I smiled all the way home, and I had only spent $40.00 total.

Happy reading!

THank you for the link!

Everytime I go into my closet, I see my pashima hanging there and think of you - I have it on a wooden hanger so it stays nice :)

Donna- It's a great way to buy lots of great books.

Kathryn- I think of you often and wonder how the book is coming along.

And...great way to store the shawl. I think I'll try that.

Oh yeah our local library sale is dangerous for me...lol... I actually have an old blog post giving advice to people on how to do it correctly! I am linking it here for you - just click on my name and it will take you to the page.

The last time we had the sale they priced everything 50 cents, paper back, hard cover whatever.. When the dust cleared I had spent $35.00... yup... 70 books.

Sheila- I went to your site and read it. You're so right about boxes under the tables. That's where I found my Harvard Classics. No one had even looked under there at them! Thanks a million for the link.

Barbara, I've missed you! And I agree - some of my favorite finds were on the sale table at my library. :) *hugs*
